The CH&CTCRP is a charity based in St Luke's Community Centre (the old St Luke's church building) in Canning Town, London E16 since 1997.
The Charity owns the building and has converted it to house 1750 square meters of space. The Charity lets the space to socially useful tenants who themselves serve the community. There is rent-a-desk and office space available.
Our mission is to develop and manage self-sustaining and community-controlled assets and enterprises for the benefit of the people of Canning Town. |

020 7366 6403 for dates and to book a stall. NEXT DATE: SATURDAY 26th APRIL 2008, 10am - 3pm NEW FROM TUESDAY 22ND APRIL 2008. This is a brand new social and activity group for anyone aged 60 and over living in the local area. The first session is in the Father Goose Hall at 1.30pm on 22nd April, where we'll be asking you what you want to do in future NO NEED TO BOOK, JUST COME ALONG ON A TUESDAY FROM 1.30PM FOR REFRESHMENTS, A CHAT, AND WHATEVER ELSE THE GROUP DECIDES ON DOING! These sessions are run with support from the London Borough of Newham's Go For It grants scheme. Every Monday and Wednesday evening, St Luke's Youth Club is open between 6 and 8pm. We welcome young people between 8 and 19 years old, and we have activities such as games, workshops, crafts, sports, trips and holiday projects throughout the year. If you are interested, just turn up and see what's going on! These sessions are run with support from the London Borough of Newham's Community Education and Youth Services.
