Community Hall

Rent our convenient Community Hall for only £50 an hour

The Father Goose Community Hall hosts activities, parties and events all year round, for up to 110 people. The room is equipped with voice and data points. . It has a small adjoining conference room and the adjoining Welshes' café can provide lunch buffets or tea and coffee.

Café area available evenings and weekends - £40 per hour

We can also rent the secluded Café area during closing hours to certain functions, such as board meetings, training events etc. There are restrictions on the use of this space due to the fact that it is a food-serving area during the daytime.

Boardroom available during working hours - £10 per hour

A semi-private Boardroom space is also available, for up to 12 people, during working hours only (9 - 5, Monday to Friday). Please note this is immediately adjacent to the main office, so some noise from our normal activities is unavoidable.

We offer reduced rates (on application) for local community groups and registered charities.

To rent any space within the building you will need to agree basic terms and conditions, and pay both a deposit and the full rental fee to secure the space.

Rent-a-desk and office space available

Rent a fully equipped desk for only £135 a month

Each of our 22 fully equipped station desks come with a business computer, telephone, free Internet connection and 24-hour access. 

Tenants also get full access to shared broadband internet service: printers, a fax, a photocopier and a scanner.

Office space occasionally becomes available - please enquire.

St Luke's Apse Mosaics

Investors are welcome to help us renovate Newham's most important work of art!

St Luke's apse contains 19th century mosaics that are Newham's single most important work of art.

Once the mosaics are restored, the apse will be available for meetings and formal gatherings.
